Affiliate Terms & Policy
Welcome to the Takabdt family! We deeply respect your interest in working with us. We believe in building a relationship based on honesty and transparent business practices. Before you start your journey with our platform, we kindly ask you to read the following rules with care.
1. Platform Fee & Commission
Joining our platform and starting work is completely free. There are no registration charges.
- Service Charge: To cover system maintenance, technical support, and payment gateway costs, we charge a 20% Service Fee on your total affiliate earnings. The remaining 80% will be disbursed to you.
2. Delivery & Payment Policy
We generally deliver products to customers without any advance payment. However, specific rules apply in certain cases:
- Suspicious Customers: If a customer is new or has a negative history/report online, they must pay the Delivery Charge in Advance to confirm the order.
- Commission Payout: We will release your affiliate commission or payment only after the customer has successfully received the product and we have received the payment.
3. Returns & Penalty
Since these orders come through you, you share some of the responsibility.
- Delivery Charge Deduction: If a customer refuses to receive a product or returns it for no valid reason, and we are unable to recover the delivery cost from them, that Delivery Charge amount will be deducted (minused) from your Affiliate Account Balance.
Our Request: Please ensure your customer is genuinely interested in the product before placing an order to avoid this loss.
4. Payment Hold
We want to keep our platform safe for everyone. To prevent fake orders and suspicious activities, we may Hold your payment for a short period for verification. Once the verification is complete and everything looks correct, your money will be released immediately.
5. Account Suspension or Block Policy
We are uncompromising when it comes to business integrity. Your account may be Permanently Blocked without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Fake Orders: Intentionally placing fake or invalid orders.
- Lost Contact: If customers repeatedly switch off their phones or cut contact after an order is confirmed.
- Damages: If you or your referred customer causes any financial loss or reputational damage to our company.
- Unfair Means: Placing orders for yourself using your own affiliate link, using emulators, or attempting to cheat the system.
6. A Note from Us
We want you to earn a good income and grow together with us. All we ask is that you select the right customers and work with honesty. If you face any issues or need support, we are always here to help.
Takabdt reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time as required by the situation.
